Until You Know The Meaning

I’ll tell you why

I seemed mellow

yellow later when

we get together.

When it seems that

I ran away from all

of it when the

pressure got greater.

You will believe

whatever your eyes

see.

Until you know the

meaning-

It’s not true in

demeaning.

I have the biggest

meaning ever.

I did it for other

than I.

I did it for the

masses along with

a new beginning.

Whether you can see

past the tears.

There is no good

feeling of running.

I’m aware of this.

I don’t mean to put

you down or be

rejected for

learning.

The lessons of

yearning for-

are worth the

wait for.

I hope you under-

stand what I am

trying to say.

It’s been a long time

coming-

to have it our way.

So don’t go overboard

on your word because

it will come back

to you someday as

a negative burning.

Right now just hang

onto the new beginning.

It will bring about

the meaning in due

time.

For nothing worth

waiting for can be

counted out

entirely.

For our hearts carry

it continually.
