Welcome To rickspoems

I am a poet from the mid-sixties. I was only a young teenager, but I knew how words could affect someone. I was inspired by Elvis the Beatles and The Rolling Stones. I want to say that I have or had a lot of great friends. I hope and pray I still do. After starting to love music, my poetry really took off. That was enough inspiration to send me over the top as you might say. I try to continue my friendships physically or through my poetry. It’s my way of expressing myself to all, either through prayer poetry or just asking them myself, and the rest is learned by the second. Love u all. Press on things to make things happen.
